DIRECTIONS

From the new I-86 West ( old Route 17) take exit 46, that says Watkins Glen / Corning Glass Center.

Make a left at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp. You will be on Centerway / 414 South.

Continue on Centerway / 414 South through 5 traffic lights. You will cross a bridge over the Chemung River. After you get over the bridge, turn left at the traffic light onto Tioga Avenue.

Turn right at the light onto Chemung Street

Turn immediately left into the library parking lot. Enter through the glass doors, the elevator is on the right. Exit elevator on the second floor and turn right.
