The Wordsworth Newsletter is published four to six times a year; in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter with special editions as needed. It is mailed to all members of the Friends group and additional copies for your group are available by request.. Annual Friends of the Horseheads Library BOOKSALE

2009 Annual Booksale
is set for
Tuesday September 15th
through Saturday September 19th

BOOK DONATIONS FOR THE BOOKSALE

The Horseheads Library welcomes book donations throughout the year for the annual Booksale held in September, however there are some limits as to the type of items we will accept.  Please follow the guidelines below when donating and note that the CUTOFF DATE FOR DONATIONS is August 1, 2009 for the September 2009 booksale.  This gives library volunteers the chance to sort, organize and prepare the books for the sale.  Regular donations may resume after the booksale.

GUIDELINES
The Friends of the Library graciously appreciate your generous donations of clean, good condition Books and Paperbacks, CD's, Videos, DVD's and Audio Books for sale at the annual booksale.  These items may be dropped off during normal business hours at the library.  Please note however, because the following items do not sell and the Friends must pay for the proper disposal of these items, we do NOT accept the following items:
Sets of Encyclopedias
Magazines
Readers Digest Condensed Books
Textbooks
Any items that are mildewed or damaged
